Kristy Andrews
Kristy is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in building, growing and leading teams. She has an MBA and is currently pursuing a PhD in I/O Psychology, Certified Predictive Index Partner.
As a Certified Predictive Index Partner, Kristy leverages cutting-edge assessments such as PI, DiSC, and Working Genius, among others, to decode the psychology of human behavior and predict success within organizations.
Her leadership philosophy, encapsulated in the mantra "It takes ONE to create the perception of the whole," underscores her belief in the power of individuals to shape organizational culture and drive collective success.
